Jamie is an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, who specializes in helping women make sustainable life changes from pre-conception to motherhood with nutrition, self-care and mindfulness. She is passionate about holistic health, and loves informing people about how nutrient-dense, whole foods can help heal the body. Jamie also emphasizes how much self-care and regular exercise can bring joy into your life.
Jamie’s own experience with gut and thyroid disorders inspires her to help other mothers, and soon-to-be’s, with a difficult history of conception and infertility. She wishes to help them achieve optimal levels of health during pregnancy and beyond.
Jamie received her undergrad at Washington College, and a Master’s in Anthropology from Northern Arizona University, before returning back to the Eastern Shore. When Jamie is not in office, you can find her horseback-riding, doing yoga, or hiking in her free time.
You can find Jamie in her home practice, at 26661 Medders Road in Still Pond, MD, by appointment only; Jamie also currently sees patients virtually, or at an agreed upon physical location.
