A Nourishing Path

Jamie Frees Miller

Jamie is an Integrative Nutritional Health Coach, who specializes in helping women make sustainable life changes from pre-conception to motherhood with nutrition, self-care and mindfulness. She is passionate about holistic health, and loves informing people about how nutrient-dense, whole foods can help heal the body. Jamie also emphasizes how much self-care and regular exercise can bring joy into your life.

“I’m passionate about family wellness, whether you are planning a family or a grandparent looking to keep up with the grandkids, as well as everything in between. I have experience with preconception health, food sensitivities and diet change for both adults and children, and personal experience with autoimmunity, gut health, and mold toxicity.”

“My personal health journey with autoimmunity (Celiac disease and Hashimoto’s) as well as Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and mold toxicity has driven my passion for health and wellness research so that I could be the best version of myself and my family.”

Jamie received her undergrad at Washington College, and a Master’s in Anthropology from Northern Arizona University, before returning back to the Eastern Shore. Jamie is currently undergoing a Functional Medicine training. When Jamie is not in office, you can find her horseback-riding, doing yoga, or hiking in her free time.

You can find Jamie in her home practice, at 12551 Still Pond Creek Rd. Worton, MD by appointment only; Jamie also currently sees patients virtually, or at an agreed upon physical location.
