Aundra Anderson is an AFAA Group Exercise Instructor and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She also is a RYT-200 Certified Yoga Instructor, and holds certifications for Barre Above for Barre, HIGH Fitness, Xtreme Hip Hop, Turbo Kick, Insanity, PiYo, Buti Yoga, and is licensed to teach Zumba classes.
Aundra started her fitness instruction journey in Chestertown, and currently lives in Centreville. She holds a variety of fitness classes in person and online, as well as corporate classes, fitness events, and individual classes or private trainings, and has been teaching since 2009.
Her goal is to get people moving, and to keep things interesting for her classes. She is constantly researching and learning, to provide the safest and most complete workout experience for all of her clients. She hosts a Coffee Talk Tuesdays Live on Facebook to cover multiple topics on strength building and wellness. When not teaching, she loves to hike at National Parks – she and her husband have a goal to visit all 62 (15 down as of 2020!).
