Jane McClain holds a BA in Adult Training and Development and is the owner of Fitness For Your Lifestyle, LLC. She is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), and Exercise is Medicine Certified (EIM) through the American College of Sports Medicine. She is also a Road Runners Club of America Certified Running Coach, Functional Movement Systems (FMS) Certified and a Certified ChiRunning/ChiWalking Instructor.
Jane’s passion for health and fitness started while serving in the US Navy where she formed running clubs and assisted Navy personnel who were struggling to meet the Navy’s physical fitness requirements. She knows that with the right tools, motivation and support EVERYONE can be successful with their fitness goals! Jane’s training techniques include using T’ai Chi principles to help with walking and running, teaching breathing techniques to strengthen the core, and improving your balance with mental focuses.
